Iceland basically Bankrupt: Good time to travel there~~~~~ and, could this happen to other nations?
Countries rich in oil going bankrupt? Calling for IMF? Strange times, indeed.
I still find it interesting that during this odd economy, the dollar is strengthening - good time to exchange currencies and travel, which one would hope to help spur economies.
And, this has been brought to my attention a couple of times:
I previously dismissed this a conspiracy theory, etc.
The Amero - one guy who was on the air waves was yanked off by the FCC. There was a you tube circulating with him talking about the US being bankrupt by Feb 2009 - well, we made it past that. He goes on to discuss this Amero, the new N. American currency easily traded between MX, US and CA. Last I checked, MX is in Central America, not N. America.
And, the Super Highway, which I was informed last night, is already under construction beginning in TX and supposed to run parallel to I-35 and shoot up to Winnepeg? Teamsters are upset, but was told that we can't stop this from happening?
Are y'all hearing this, too?
