I thought Adam was very creative. He has star quality.
Never liked Megan before tonight. She sang beautifully, effortlessly, but pitchy. Then they said the pitchy was because she has the flu and has been in the hospital for it!!!!! She was great!
Note to Megan: get rid of that ugly tatoo. Hubby said if she cut off her right arm, she'd look better.

I know Adam has his audience, and he's hip for sure, but I can't get past the theatrics. Variety is what makes the world go round.
Megan, God luv her, does have that funny "dance" move. It's distracting. Again though, I'm sure she has a some loyal fans.
I liked, Kris, Allison, Anoop and Matt tonight. I still don't have a hands down fave, but I'm leaning toward Allison and Kris at this point.
I thought Anoop sang beautifully tonight. And if Adam had sung the song without the chorus it would have been incredible. The sulltry Kashmirish stanzas didn't mesh well with the "down down down..." goofy chorus. But I do love his voice, especially when he does the high stuff with it.

As fas as Danny Gokey, unless he turns out to be a Jim Bakker, I find it hard to believe that a guy --who after his wife passed away and starts a Foundation that raises money to shelter, feed, educate and provide medical assistance to children-- could be called such a yucky name.

As fas as Danny Gokey, unless he turns out to be a Jim Bakker, I find it hard to believe that a guy --who after his wife passed away and starts a Foundation that raises money to shelter, feed, educate and provide medical assistance to children-- could be called such a yucky name.

So much to say! Paula is beautiful, Ryan smiled at me, I met Matt's dad and sister, Anoop's family sat in front of me - Terrie Seymour was across the aisle, a guy from Mad Men was there - don't watch, so I don't know. The new Fox bigwig, the faux judges and Matt was in the pimp spot and deserved it! Hearing it live, you can hear the wrong notes, the missed lyrics (several I could hear) ballads that were a little boring and the what the you know what performance of Adam. The girls screamed like crazy when he came out, it lasted for about a minute, then it was utterally silent. People had their mouths hanging open. Kylie got picked to be in the mosh pit and was up against the stage in the front row by the staircase the Idols come down. She said the girls looked shocked listening to Adam. It was weird. I would have liked it in another genre and back in the day when you know, it was the 70's.
Carrie and Randy sang Tuesday after the live show and it was shown taped last night. They showed Kylie when they did the audience sweep!
