Thanks for posting...almost makes me want to go out and buy a French drain and 40 feet of drainage piping from Lowes and, single handedly, solve the flooding problem that occurs at the intersection of 30A and 395 each time it rains, instead of waiting on Walton County gov't.!

If it is done outside the auspices of government, it is not Socialism.
Too bad it is only a matter of time until somebody wrecks their car and blames it on the substandard road, resulting in the slip and fall lawyers getting involved and naming anyone who helped move dirt in a lawsuit. That kind of ugliness kills the do it yourself spirit.
