Personally I'm indifferent, people should have the right to express themselves however they want. If that means putting a tacky Jesus on their license plate, so be it. The separation of church and state though has no bearing on this as that only applies to laws passed by congress.."

I have to totally agree--who cares--it balances those that have rubber testicles hanging down from their plates--it is all for our amusement and driving pleasure--I mean they are "vanity" plates, and if you look at some of the Christian TV evangelists, they are..well, a bit vain, no?

My issues w/ the plate are 1) horribly tacky Jesus 2) the government collecting $ for a church.
