Charities are exempt, evidently. I get those, too, DD. Fraternal Order of Police - are they associated with the local police? They are pushy! And, I volunteered for Cancer Society - now they've become pushy as well.

I may be wrong but I thought even charities needed to have a prior connection with you in order to solicit by phone (however that works). The car warranty scams are my main annoyance and they continue to come on land line and cell.
Most of my solicitations are stuffing the mailbox!

Fraternal Order of Police are scams. The police say they do not solicit by phone.

Jackie took a picture of herself and a friend on the new biggest-in-the-world ;-) video screen at the new Cowboy stadium. Not sure how she did that. I'm anxiously waiting to see it!

I wish I liked Jerry Jones & the Cowboys .... sigh ... then the excitement of the stadium opening would be more funn.

Our booster group, "employees", got to park at UTA in a free employee lot and take a shuttle. They have been reportedly having a good time, but in need of more people to get certified to sell beer! Ha! Guess that's flowing freely and I heard one stand ran out.

The kids will have stories to bring back though.

Ohhhh ..... I better get signed up to see that one .. oops, I mean work at that one.

Our stand had way too many working at this concert. All of them got a chance to rotate so they could watch concert. They had a blast but it was an incredibly long day because they made them go in so early. ... 1st time set up and all this time. Maybe from now on arrival time won't have to be 6 hours ahead! Ha!.
