We have spent our vacation for the last 2 years in Seagrove and absolutely love it. This year we are unemployed and decided not to go. We have gone the 2nd week in Aug both years and as it is approaching I am having terrible withdrawals!! Someone posted pics from a few weeks ago and the water was lovely, no June grass to be seen. How is it this week? I may have cash in something for a quick trip.

Mostly fun yellow flag surf with some June Grass but not enough to worry about unless you're trying to fish.
...and if you do try to fish on shore or from a pier, and a Fla resident, starting tomorrow (Aug 1), you no longer have a free pass (unless you're young, old or on food stamps)--get a license.
