I'll mail you my prescription for Vicodin. I never got it filled. Last night the swelling had gone down and there was no bruising, so I walked around without das boot to see if it was really as bad as I thought it was...

Mine is black, too. If you look at some of the boots out now, we are very fashionable.

Big D just got back from Munich. Vicodin is OTC there. Yet, as bad as his back has been since moving daughter to a new residence, he didn't buy any.

Quick recap....On, May 20th, I was walking Molly after her dinner and she saw a yellow lab on the ground attached to a bench by it's leash in front of the Lily store. Molly took a few steps to investigate and all of a sudden, the dog leapt up and started charging us....along with the bench. Oh, sheet...somehow, I pulled Molly to the side, the bench took me out and I landed around Molly, instead of on top of her. Right ankle a mess, back of leg a bruised mess. Eight weeks later I finally got to an ortho, only to find out it was not sprained, but broken. They slapped das boot on me in July and today was a big day....
NO MORE DAS BOOT! I have a new tie up type bootie and orders for PT.
