Really?

You are outraged that they asked doctors to wear a white coat and then provided them for those who didn't have one?

Of course it wasn't reported on - all they did was find a way to visually identify doctors as doctors instead of just another bunch of people in business dress. It's the same as sports players wearing a jersey or their Olympic medal for their team photo w/ the President.

Didn't hurt that 3 out of 4 were staunch Obama supporters either....

Interesting. I just got my annual physical from my Doctor who was dressed in jeans and kroks.

BTW... Do women secretaries still have pencils stuck behind their ears? Do nurses still wear hats?

Not so much outraged..they can pass out as many white coats as they want...more outraged that these "doctors in white coats" weren't identified as being doctors from a small political group of doctors who campaign for Obama when he was running for office...they weren't really representing DOCTORS, if you get my drift?

White Coats in the Rose Garden, as Obama Rallies Doctors on Health Overhaul - Prescriptions Blog - NYTimes.com

As noted below, the group that supplied many of the doctors for the Rose Garden event, Doctors for America, is a nonprofit organization that grew out of Doctors for Obama, which worked to help elect the president. But it also appears to be working closely with Organizing for America, Mr. Obama?s political organization.

I would be surprised if it weren't more than 3 of 4.

It is the responsibility of the poster to provide the source. I have no idea why you are responding to this post, you can't even provide supporting links for your own incoherent ramblings.:rotfl:
