OOPS! I forgot to mention the Great Big Salad at Stinky's.

hot and cold in watercolor has a great chicken and goat cheese salad with pine nuts. dressing is very good, as well. i'd actually like to see places like mctigues offer some good salad choices.

I second Smiling Fish, and I had the ranchero salad at the Santa Rosa Beach Club last week- it was super.

I have 2 favorites. Smiling Fish's Chicken Tortilla salad and Stinky's Big Old Salad with shrimp and the Creole Cane dressing. Had the Stinky's one today!
