Give us 24 hours. I bet we will see it by 5 pm Wednesday, October 14. You'll be wishing you had those Foster Grants.

Peachtree Creek crested its banks again yesterday. I've put my sunglasses away for a minute.

Thanks for the words of encouragement and commiseration. I'm tellin' y'all, if I had wanted to live like this, I'd have moved to freakin' London.

I hear ya'. October is supposed to be our driest month. We are pretty soggy, although the sun did come out for a bit. Good news is we don't need heat or A/C - temps are perfect. Hang in there and keep your slicker handy!

Oh, yeah! Atlanta was way flooded. The connector was so flooded that it took daughter 70 minutes to get from Georgia Tech to the airport. She was really scared -- afraid she was going to drown in a flash flood. You know how bad it is the Camp Creek exit to the airport even in a normal thunderstorm.

Hope you don't have any flooding at your house.

 I haven't even checked to see if I took on any water. I am so over it right now, I could spit! And, too much extraneous stuff going on to deal with a little water..... Can't believe I just said that.
After doing surgery on the sump pump, things seemed to be ok at my house, but my neighbors right on the creek pulled their cars and riding mowers up to the street.

Glad Daughter made it safely and ok! ;-)
