I was hoping someone could pass along the current monthly rental rates for a 4 bedroom home in WaterColor based on a year lease. I'm sure the rates will vary based on location, but I am looking for rates in Phase II. Thanks in advance.
"The current monthly rates" implies to me that there must be quite a few year-lease, 4 BR rentals in Ph 2 of WaterColor. I don't think there are that many. The one I'm familiar with is at $3000 per month, furnished, plus utils.

I'm interested in the same question if anyone has estimates or offers? I'm looking more for an unfurnished home, either bank owned or about to be. If its not already bank owned, I would pitch this to bank as a Short Lease, instead of a Short Sale. Bank doesn't have to take title, but modifies the loan etc. to match the new 2 year lease to 3rd party (me).
