That was definitely strange - Bush's body language throughout showed he was very uncomfortable.

Don't think it is necessarily a racial thing though. Could be a sweaty hand or germ thing.

What a waste of resources. Why are two former presidents walking around the streets of Haiti disrupting the aid effort? The amount of money spent planning and coordinating the trip, getting them there, keeping them safe on the ground, and then getting them out could have fed that crowd for a year. they should have known better.
