and to answer your question Bobola - NO to offshore drilling anywhere near the state of Florida. other states have long ago made their choices to drill - and we know all we need to know from the looks and health of those marine and coastal envirnoments. yes, the drilling activities in other areas of the US effect us all - as we are seeing now. But, at least Floridians know how precious and important our natural marine/coastal/marsh and inland environments are to all living things including ourselves. Tourism - yes it is a huge part. But, really - we want to protect our beautiful and healthy environment so that we can continue to LIVE here - because it is home. and because it is the right thing to do. I would love to be able to stay here forever.

Me 'n Todd have no plans ta move there Crabb, but we do plan ta visit. As you know, Todd loves to race snow machines, and he's just dyin' take a jet ski out on your lovely dune lakes!. So stick that in your kayak. We may even get ta doosum turtle huntin'!!;-)
