I think she got a discount for a Southwest flight out of Baltimore. ;-)
I had to stop for her motorcade to get past...lots of cops on motorcycles and squad cars but no elaborate limos...just a coupla non-descript navy vans and cars...I understand it was mostly business and tourism people she was meeting with. She did fly in to the new airport...not sure about the discount

she was probably trying to lay on the down low so that the locals wouldn't think about the millions of dollars spent just for her to fly down to PC for a photo op.
