So in a round about way we have Charlie Crist to thank for Rick Scott as governor and Marco Rubio in the senate. I hope he's proud of himself. :D

That doesn't make any sense unless you're implying that Meek's projected certain loss will keep some democrats at home. I doubt it. Some of Meek's most ardent supporters have made the pragmatic decision to vote for Crist.

Meek has about 17%, Crist 30%, and Rubio 50%. Without Crist the two alone would likely be within ten points. As it stands now Crist splits the democrat vote leaving Rubio the far and away front runner.

Last I saw, Rubio was up by 5%. I don't think he'll get 50%, no way. Crist could win without Meek in the race, but not vice-versa.

Hmm, what polls are you looking at? Fivethirtyeight doesn't show that kind of spread, nor does RCP.
