Oh the pain was pretty sever last night, it was only masked by booze.

are you better my little pretty?

wear your very best orthopedic tennis shoes daily to give your feet a break. go get a foot massage. soak in epsom salt/warm water. splurge on a pedicure. your footsies will soon be all better.

I would only be concerned if you have cramps, bloating, and you are in a pissy mood today.

I'd look for more heels that are comfortable. I only wear the hot-looking uncomfortable ones for short periods of time- I try them on at the store, admire myself for a minute or two, then put them back. Try a pair of hot-looking boots that are comfortable. Hot AND comfortable is the ticket- you just have to look a little longer and they don't necessarily have to be expensive. Also, in heels, depending on the shoe, go up a half size or full size for swelling. If the shoe is a 5 inch mega-ho, you may want to get a smaller size than what you normally wear so that it fits like a horses hoof. :D You could also invest in professional dance shoes- just add a street bottom instead of a dance floor sole. Try to get your heels in a wider width, that also may help. Rock on wild one. :D

You're fine - your feet just aren't used to it, you wore cheap shoes, and concrete is even worse. :roll:

Keep whining and next year we'll make you wear an underwire or something w/ boning. ;-)

I don't think they make those 5 inch Stilettos in a size 10 or 11 for him.:funn::funn::funn:
