I'd look for more heels that are comfortable. I only wear the hot-looking uncomfortable ones for short periods of time- I try them on at the store, admire myself for a minute or two, then put them back. Try a pair of hot-looking boots that are comfortable. Hot AND comfortable is the ticket- you just have to look a little longer and they don't necessarily have to be expensive. Also, in heels, depending on the shoe, go up a half size or full size for swelling. If the shoe is a 5 inch mega-ho, you may want to get a smaller size than what you normally wear so that it fits like a horses hoof.

You could also invest in professional dance shoes- just add a street bottom instead of a dance floor sole. Try to get your heels in a wider width, that also may help. Rock on wild one.
