Alicia, the same could be said about President Obama.

I do believe he has admitted many mistakes made in his youth as well as being humbled just recently on national tv. And I do wish his balls were bigger and more plentiful, but Palin was my deciding factor when I voted. I was on the fence till she came out of her shell.

And there is another strong female right now in politics that was described as a "punching bag for republicans" for the way she gets policy through. I'm sure though that none of the gentlemen on the board have a problem with their testosterone because they don't like Nancy. But then again, I'm human, and I can be wrong;-)

Ps. Thank you for the civil response.

Many people(passive women and low testosterone men) dislike a strong woman.I do not necessarily think she is a presidential strength(and will not get my vote) but I do respect her strength as a person and as a woman....Many Palin haters are purely jealous of her.

I don't think people have issues with her being a strong woman. Actually I am curious of your definition of a strong woman, as I believe there is a big difference between being strong and being loud and overbearing. I think people mostly have issues that she is an utter loon and shouldn't be in a position of power.

Ps. My testosterone is doing quite well.... lol

I'll admit if it had been say McCain/Romney vs Obama/Biden, I don't know where I would have gone. I liked Romney. I liked his health care ideas. I liked McCain until he went wonkers on the campaign trail and went all unrouge.
I was not a fan of Hillary, although I like her much better now, that I feel like I get to really see "her". I find myself liking Huckabee in his candid moments lately as well. If Palin gets the nod, we'll get voter turn out on both sides, but Obama will get 4 more. Who knows what 2012 will hold?

I can say one very positive thing about our president that I don't think anyone can disagree with. He LOVES his wife and daughters. He is a role model for all men where the women in his life are concerned. It's palatable through the pictures. All of them. I can't remember ever seeing a President so in love with his family. Talk about family values.

I don't think we judge our candidates through their sex, but through their policy and it's really about whether their policy will affect you and those you love, not if they're wearing a skirt.

And to go back to the theme of the original post. It would be unfortunate if me and/or my loved ones got blowed up. SP gets in the WH, the probability that she gets hopped up on some moose chili and blows me up, I feel, could be highly likely.

As a feminist, I object to equating the size & number of balls/nuts/gonads/etc. to courage?women can be just as courageous as men without Any balls or nuts. I object to Sarah Palin's suggesting that anyone ?man up!? She should ?woman up? & stop thinking that women have to ?man up? to be courageous. I object to Arnold Schwartzenegger calling anyone a ?girly man.? Common guys, this is 21st century America, not 13th century Persia. Testosterone is not necessary for courage or clear thinking.

When I get too much estrogen, I am not nice, but I can say I wish he had three ovaries if that's better. Sorry.

Or maybe intestinal fortitude...:D

I kinda prefer political leaders that make decisions using their brains rather than the parts of the anatomy ya'll have been espousing. It's suppose to be an excercise in intelligence, not bravado.
