2010 ornament exchange

Recieved my ornament from Paula and it's very special as it has special meaning to Paula and now for me.

I will try to post a photo later, when I can find my camera.

It is a very cute shell cup, from Seaside, filled with shells, and a spoon from the ice cream shop of Paula's hometown in Italy, tied with a very festive green ribbon.

Mailed mine last week, hope it made it way to the destination safely.

Oh, I'm so glad you liked it, Minnie! It's an ice cream ornament made of stuff from the places I love most in the world - shells from florida, ice cream cup from SoWal, and ice cream spoon from Italy. I guess we could say the ribbon is from Michigan! So, it was very good to get a chance to share those special places in the world in a SoWal ornament for you! Merry Christmas and the best in 2011.

I got a beautiful hand-cross-stitched ornament from Dia!!!! it's an angel cross-stiched and then sewn into a round ornament with lace all around the edge. It's lovely. I'm embarrassed to say that I don't know how to upload a photo of it and I'm heading off for Christmas vacation, so I won't be able to figure it out before I leave. But one of these days I'll figure out how to do it and post the photo. But trust them that the ornament is beautiful and is now on my tree, as are my other ornaments from the SoWal ornament exchange throughout the years.

Received my ornament today from "Fired Up". It is great. It is a beach scene on 1 half and a snowman on the other half. Thank you and I wish I was there also and I will stop in next time we visit. I am also enjoying the chocolates. I will try to take a picture and post it later. Merry Christmas!!!
