man, I'd love to probe "the privleged areas" of SoWal, if you know what I mean...

I feel fairness should be enforced. We can't trust Kurt to implement policy that insures there's no discrimination taking place. Therefore I would like to propose we implement a SoWal Fairness Doctrine. The doctrine would create an oversight committee which would watch over everything Kurt does to insure fairness in managing accounts, posts, and threads. All major changes to the site, account suspensions, and banning would have to be reviewed by the committee before being implemented. Kurt would also be required to filter political posts to insure the forum maintains a political balance.
Freedom comes second to equality and fairness. We can't trust the private sector to police itself!

30 A I got it and all I could think is that somebody would have to keep fairness statistics complete with charts and graphs. Who is willing to do that I wonder?

It was funny, but once you post on sowal, you have to be willing to take the bitter with the good.
Some people only want to hear what they want to hear and therefore get mad when people post what they don't want to hear. The other extreme are the people who just like to fight without looking for a solution to the problem and there is nothing wrong with a good debate.
When I hear always or never, the topic immediately becomes suspect as to the validity of the info.
This little ditty has nothing to do with assessing Dougie's post which was witty as usual, but I did think it might eliminate some whining.
....and with all the whining that goes on on any given day, there should probably be an AA forum added to the site where members could be sent to detox.....
