I do not "know" how everyone South of the bay feels. My posts are directed at those that feel superior in intelligence, morality and social justice. I would not expect any of the above to be in need of anything that I have to offer in business or personally. I think this is a mutual understanding. Anyone else I apologize to. I am a human being who has flaws and sensitivities. As Teresa suggested you should go back and read all these posts on the Confederate Flag and find out why I may be a little reactive at the moment. After reading all those posts and you still feel like you need to find other suppliers then I would agree that you are making the right decision. I have stated early on that I expect to lose business. I just hope it is not yours

I am just being truthful and do not direct my comments to anyone other than those on that list. If you believe that I am ego-maniacal then I would simply disagree with you. Have you read all the posts of those above about the Confederate Flag Petition? Actually, Teresa does not deserve my angst and I have apologized but it was not accepted.

I'm not reading 1500+ posts as I have my own personal feelings on the issue and they don't match either extreme. I just don't like being told that I treat north Walton residents differently.
Also I have two long leaf pines on my property. Pine straw is a nuisance more so than an asset.
Do you purchase pine straw?

I do purchase pine straw but it is on pine tree farms of thousands of acres. I do know that if you bagged it up and put it out by the street people would come get it if it is clear bags so they can see it is clean. You could even sell it to make it worth your time. I have seen people put a sign on the bags marking the price and just leave a shoe box or plastic box next to it for payment. Some people don't even bag it just put in piles next to the street and sell it that way.
