Reminds me of an absolute truth, As Erika (or any storm) approaches, we are ALL in the same boat. Before you disrespect people you might want to consider this.

What people are asking for is respect for what they believe is their heritage and pride to honor their families memories.

I also realize now that "respect" on this board is conducive only to which side of the bridge you happen to live on. People on the south end of the bridge are under the mistaken impression that everyone north of them can only show respect the way SoWal says so. How is that working out for you so far?

Misty, they have not yet figured out they live on a barrier Island. They have allowed themselves to believe that they are "above" those in North Walton. If there were a God I wonder what he would think about that! I know, not the person to ask

I do not "know" how everyone South of the bay feels. My posts are directed at those that feel superior in intelligence, morality and social justice. Thank you for reminding me about "generalizations". I apologize to you and anyone else that feels the same way as you. To be specific these are the people who I am directing my thoughts to:

I would not expect any of the above to be in need of anything that I have to offer in business or personally. I think this is a mutual understanding. Anyone else I apologize to. I am a human being who has flaws and sensitivities. As Teresa suggested you should go back and read all these posts on the Confederate Flag and find out why I may be a little reactive at the moment. After reading all those posts and you still feel like you need to find other suppliers then I would agree that you are making the right decision. I have stated early on that I expect to lose business. I just hope it is not yours
