There was a big dust devil may be 10 yards west of the steps at thw Gulfview Heights access yesterday. Well formed about 15 feet in diameter. Took out about 10 umbrellas and blew a tent about ten feet into the gulf.

All this happened no more that 20 feet from the lifeguard who was oblivious to the whole thing. Never saw it. Face buried in his phone...
