Single Mother of two daughters, one 20 and the other 14, searching for an owner willing to work with me. I will have $20 - $25 thousand for a down payment. My credit isn't all that good, but at the end of a 5 year contract, should be golden enough to payoff the house.

Fixer uppers are fine, I am beyond handy.

Center search point is South Walton High. Will go to Freeport, as long as it's convenient to the bridge for school every morning.
