We own 4 rentals of our our and understand the need for renters who care for your home and can change a light bulb, fix a leaky potty and clean the oven themselves! Looking for a one to two year lease, but need to be able to walk to the beach, 2-3 bedrooms and clean. That's it! Perfect credit and ownership and rental history. Late 50's, kind and dependable with one small (completely trained) dog.
