New construction for rent in the historic "Brickyard" neighborhood in Blue Mountain Beach. This beautifully crafted 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home is in the final stages of construction & will be available for rental by 4/1/2020 (some exterior work such as the back patio & fence may need to be completed in April, driveway will be completed by April). The home is about a 10 minute walk to the Blue Mountain Beach Access. The monthly rent is $2,900 and that will include high speed internet, cable, and all utilities. I'm seeking either a one or two year lease. Additional information & requirements are listed below.
- The 3rd floor carriage house (with separate entrance) is not included in the lease.
- Ideally, prospective tenants will be able to show a combined annual income of $75k or more.
- A signed lease, background check, credit check, pet addendum (if applicable), security deposit ($2,900), and first month's rent will be required prior to moving in.
- Open to pets (1 or 2) on a case by case basis depending on their size and demeanor. A separate pet addendum will be required & once the lease starts tenants may not bring in any additional animals into the property without prior approval.
- Space for a maximum of three vehicles will be provided in the driveway (no storage of trailers, boats, jet-skis, etc. in the driveway please).
