Seaside | The Former location of Shrimp Shack

The sharecropper cottage formerly known as The Shrimp Shack is now empty awaiting her next chapter. She has already graced us with amazing longevity. Seasiders know that the old shack was saved from demolition in the early 1980's. The Davis family, co-founders of Seaside, rescued two sharecropper shacks from demolition and placed them beachfront where they have served as Bud & Alleys and Shrimp Shack (and a few other restaurants) over the last few decades. We aptly named the story of these cottages The Cinderella Story. Stay tuned to find out what is happening next for the old shack with many lives.
