Well I sympathize with NIMBY and if your home backs up to it then there is cause for concern, but devastated is way over the top. A devastated subdivision would be burned or razed to the ground. How would you like to put up with the lights and noise of a parking lot and bathhouse 24/7. Not to mention the traffic on Moll Drive which is dedicated to family uses and interests. Do you think SoWal needs a tacky RV park adjacent to a community park, churches and single family residences? Would you want to sit in your yard looking out at that? Is it okay as long as it’s not your neighborhood?
An RV Park is not a trailer park full of meth heads. Probably retirees and campers who hopefully will respect each other and our community.
Devastated? - see my recent post on Peach Creek. Killing our ecosystem is devastating.
