Wanted Summer Housing for Interns

I know that many of you HATE summer when all the "tourists" come into town, but we need your help. I'm part of a LARGE international Casual Food and Lifestyle brand, and we have a new summer internship coming for year 2, and we would LOVE to offer our students some great housing options. Again, I know this timing is rough for finding places to live - so I'd hope to start looking now to secure some space for them. We're looking for locations close to Harbor Village or within biking distance.

We'd be looking for Mid-Late May to Mid August. This is a very reputable company and the interns are vetted, interviewed and can be further interviewed by you, the home owner if that would be needed.

Please shoot back to me if you have space and are open to securing this space for next summer.

Tenant screening, needs to be have verifiable income for the time period or pay in advance, respectful, clean, no smoking in the house, but there are porches you can sit on outside if you are clean about that. Open to the best match. No illegal drugs, not 420 friendly on property.
Open to discuss deposit, first, and last months' rent. $1,450 includes all utilities such as water, trash/sewer, lights, internet, and open to sharing cable. Willing to discuss short term or long term. Military friendly.
