Well I wake up at 2am and start trading futures, then at 6am I am in out of stocks all day to include options. I then pick up some future trading at 5pm. I am studying FOREX but have not made my first trade. I study all aspects of the market for research to aid in trading. So really I study it all.

What sites do you find helpful and interesting? Reddit has a lot of investing subs covering a wide range of investing topics, from beginners to experts.

basically i have cnbc and bloomberg on 24/7. I also use barchart, finviz and yahoo finance.

Safe, proven, effective.
Almost all highly educated and trained money managers can't beat an index like VTSAX.
But they can get rich pretending they can, with other peoples' money.

I am starting to learn that all business TV guys and gals are FOS. Its good for news but I believe they are promoting investments that helps them. Lately they have been all over the place.

Be careful unless you have money to burn. I've seen way too many friends & family lose their asses on individual stock gambles. I've been through it myself during the dot com bubble. Lesson learned.
Also, taxes... When you trade frequently, how do you manage your taxes? Seems like a nightmare.

Short Term investing with stop losses set at what I am willing to lose keeps me from unplanned losses.
My accountant handles all the tax stuff. I have other tax strategies that counter the day trading tax repercussions.
