Would you call a mall an area where people carry? Seems more like a soft target for someone looking to harm people but I don't want to get in anyones way of trying to make a point
Its very simple, these cowards choose their locations based on the lack of ability to fight back
Anyone can try to twist the facts however they want but when everyone is armed no one has an advantage when only 1 person is armed they have a major advantage

The point is, that both of these particular States have a very liberal carry law. There are those that say we are safer with more who carry but seems there are not near as many citizens who stop the bad guy as LEOs who do and I would venture to guess there are fewer LEO'S than those who have or can carry legally. So unless there isnsome data that can show how much safer we are, sounds more like BS.
