Such a shame that this property is not protected. If a coastal dune lake outfall isn't sacrosanct, what is?

And that someone will buy it and I suppose get permission to build a monster house even though it appears to have no build-able space, except by leveling dunes, which seems to be the norm in South Walton.

Here's an idea...
Maybe one of you crybabies should ante up and write the 9 million dollar check and donate it to the state.

Do you care at all for our amazing ecosystem or are you only interested in eliminating it to make money?

Not sure how one could consider my post crying?

Or why it would be assumed that I don't care about the ecosystem. To the contrary...I suggested someone purchase the property and gift it to state.
