Inlet Beach residents need to reach out to the Tim Brown and whoever else to let know this would not be good for our area. We have ONE public beach access, which is not like beach access in Ft Lauderdale or other large public beach area. This is again, worse than monster houses, this is exactly what the community does not need! We need to contact planning dept and commissioners with emails and phone calls. The amount of people and cars that will be shoved into the corner lot is not smart nor wise for the residential and school area either

There is more than one public beach access in Inlet Beach. Plus the state park. But I agree with you that development should be slower. The amount of homes, Townhomes and apartments is mind boggling.
