For Sale Destin beach wedding domain available for local business

I own beachweddingsdestin.org and am considering selling it to a local business that could put it to use.

I am retiring and stepping back from older web projects I have held for years. This domain seems like it should belong with someone in the local wedding market rather than just sit unused.

This is not a new or recently registered domain. It was registered in 2009, has never been dropped, and was used for years in the Destin beach wedding niche as a local directory/resource.

It had pages/listings related to beach weddings, wedding planners, photographers, venues, flowers, catering, officiants, and other local wedding vendors.

The important part is that it has long-standing, focused history in this exact niche. It may be useful to a wedding planner, photographer, venue, florist, officiant, or related local vendor that already has a website and wants to add a related domain with history behind it.

Open to a reasonable offer from a local business that can put it to use.

Kinda rare seeing an older local domain that actually stayed in the same niche that long. A local planner or photographer could probably get more use out of it than starting fresh tbh.

That is the idea. It could be useful as a small focused beach wedding project, or as an add-on to an existing local business site.

It does not need to replace anyone’s current brand. It just has old niche history behind it.

I am not trying to turn this into some huge domain sale. I am retired now and would rather see it used than just sit.

It doesn't really matter when it was registered or what was served on the domain unless there was a brand built around it in the intervening time, and there is still relevant, current traffic to it. What brand value do you attribute to it? What traffic does it currently have?

It has little intrinsic value something common and desirable like "beachweddings.com" might have. It's a tree-in the-forest, ".org".

I am not selling a business, a traffic website, or some premium .com brand.

For a local add-on domain, landing page, or redirect, .org is not automatically useless. The value is the local match, the niche history, and whether someone already in the Destin wedding market can use it.
