Have you ever heard of the Master Cleanser? Cayenne pepper, lemon, water and syrup? I feel like I need to cleanse. What are your thoughts on this before I commit to not eating for 10 days.

jdarg, we can handle anything on here. If you knew some of the stuff I watch on tv that is on the TLC channel that is health related, you can see why I can talk about anything. I watch that show on Monday nights where the father and son do surgeries on grossly overweight people involving stomach stapling surgery, stomach band surgery, etc. with no problem.

I'm on my way to Hardees for some massive artery clogging double Philly Cheesesteakburger, curly fries with cheese, followed by picking up a six pack of cheap cold beer on the way to the campground where I'm going to pass out floating in the pool till I get a 2nd degree sunburn.
