For someone so intelligent, you aren't getting to the meat of the matter. It does not matter how many times people here, and Dems statewide, call him a criminal. He has no criminal record. Stop the hyperbole and stick to factual matter.

You posted this:
  • When asked about the case, he took the fifth amendment 79 times. Facts are a *****.

What part of that isn't true do you claim is OK? You didn't use the word "thought" in either post. You used the word "facts" in a statement that was factually incorrect.

Did the corporation that Scott was CEO of break the law. Yes. Absolutely. Was he ever charged, indicted, or even questioned in the probe? No. Scott was removed by the board because he wanted to fight the charges. (At least that is the story. Doesn't pass my sniff test)

Do I like Rick Scott? Not one iota. Do I like waffleboy, Charlie Crist? Not one iota. I refuse to get into a game of which candidate is less disgusting. I'm voting for the other choice. That Dems could run a guy who is the absolute political opportunist tells me you'll do anything to win the election. Yuck.

Dems, rightfully, blasted Crist when he was governor. Now they want him back again claiming he has changed his spots? Freaking please. I refuse to accept that he is the best Dem available.

“Unfortunately because of the pendency of a number of criminal investigations relating to Columbia around the country, he’s going to follow my advice, out of prudence, [and] assert his constitutional privilege against giving testimony against himself.” This is a quote from Scott's lawyer, in the lawsuit you were referring to. I think the phrase " the pendency of a number of criminal investigations pertaining to Columbia around the country..."

I stand by my statements that Scott is a crook, whether he has been convicted of any crimes or not. Now I want M1, or anybody else to come up with comparable behavior by Christ. I'm not saying he is a good choice. I'm saying Scott is a smelly sack of Scott.

I have agreed, multiple times, that Scott is pond scum.

But you are rationalizing voting for a Republican, Independent, Democrat, career politician that has barely held a job outside of feeding at the public trough. Again, not much of a choice.

Really not too much on Crist outside of the usual whisper campaign BS, bribing a few judges, it appears he might be gay and drink too much...but again all speculation.

I say that based on a 16 page Google search. From everything that I read people seemed to like him and think he was pro Florida and fairly modetate. The gay accusation popped up because of two alleged cover ups. What I did find that was a must see NSFW - John Morgan Goes on Drunken Rant on the Le…: http://youtu.be/0EPi6LT9Shl

Really funny.

The Florida Press Association is counter suing Adrain Wyllie to keep him out of the Wednesday debate because he hasn't reached the FPA mandated 15% in polls.

So, if I understand this correctly, the press is suing to stop a candidate from being heard? Yeah 'Murrica.

I would venture to guess it did not fall under Local Government and Groups.

Do you at least bring your children along to see you throw away a vote on a 3rd party candidate?

That's horse poop. I don't "throw away" anything. With attitudes like yours, we'll keep the wholly dysfunctional two party system. The only potential we have for this country is a moderate party that chooses to actually govern, rather than sit and throw barbs at one another on FOX or MSNBC. Far left and far right are what got us in this mess.

You sound like a charter member of the "my side is right club". Just so you know, you aren't.

I wasn't a "fan" of last nights debate.

Thanks, I'll be here all week.

I guess if Crist had strapped it to his back under his jacket everything would have been fine.

I wasn't referring to your post. I was referring to Scott making an ass of himself last night.

Ha, go back and listen to the moderators at the beginning when Scott was refusing to show up. It was clearly over the fan because they were told it was about the fan. They even comment on how Scott's handlers showed them the debate rules about fans. Scott is just trying to spin it as best he can.

Yep, I can't defend Scott. Then again, I'm not sure how anyone can tolerate Crist either.

Kind of like Obama vs Romney, just at the state level.

Yeah, 'Murrica.
