The Seaside Town Center Amphitheatre is just 1.6 miles (8 min bike ride) away from the front door. Plenty of award-winning restaurants, shops, amenities, a fresh seafood market, Balance Health Studio, and Publix Super Market at Watercolor Crossings are all within walking/biking distance. This quiet neighborhood is nestled between the beach and state forest with nature trails nearby. It is the perfect spot to live the SoWal lifestyle in Santa Rosa Beach.
