Yep, I've quit smoking. Yesterday was the first full day of no smoking and so far I'm not incarcerated. :D

I'm hoping I don't get fat. So far today I've had a glass of tea, sandwich, and yogurt. I'm really afraid of the uncontrollable munchies.

I don't say that I've quit, I say that I haven't smoked for almost three years. You too will say that one day, hang in there, you'll make it.I probably smoked more years than you've been alive.

Congratulations! Good Luck!

Oh, and IF you gain a little weight, so what. You can work it off later. Just do whatever it takes and if it means replacing a smoke with a snack at a weak moment, then so be it! Honestly, no one with a brain in their head look at quitting smoking as an excuse to pack on the pounds.

You can do it!!
