This is a 1998 Ford Explorer with 135k truly highway miles on it. It is loaded and has everything that the Eddie Bauer version has except the computer display. It has power windows, locks, seats, all leather, running boards, bug shield, 2" trailer receiver hitch package, aluminum wheels, V6 engine.
This Explorer has had regular oil changes its entire life. I am the second owner and all the receipts were in the glove box when I got it. The original owner took fantastic care of this SUV. There are receipts for a few items. All the regular maintenance things have always been taken care of. It also has 4 new speakers.
I have continued to take very good care of it but i have another truck and do not need this vehicle. The owner did not have any need for it anymore so i bought it and was surprised the shape it was in. This truck is a unique crimson red, with a gray interior. The leather is in GREAT shape, most of the time the driver front is ripped and cracked but it has no rips or tears.
The Explorer is easy to drive, handles well, and gets decent mileage for an SUV. It gets about 17 mpg around town and almost 20+mpg on the highway. My mother, who likes little cars, borrowed it and had no problem driving it, and actually enjoyed it!! This makes a perfect college car. Send the kids off to college, and fit all their stuff!! or a nice family vehicle for trips!!! I am asking $3000 for it.......For anymore questions please call me at (251-802-1725) THANKS,
