I’m new-ish to the area and looking to rent long term. I’m hoping to find a carriage house or a 1bed 1bath (minimum) rental, preferably unfurnished. Trying to stay below $2,000 a month for rent. I am wanting a 12 month lease with possible for resigning if all works out. If you’ve got a property that would match this description, I’d appreciate if you sent it my way!
