My wife and I, and one small, well trained cat, are looking for a 2-3 bedroom on or near 30A. We've lived here for almost 5 years and have plenty of references if you request. We would LOVE to live in Watersound, but our budget is around $1200, so... 
Would prefer a house, but not limited to it. More importantly is the area that surrounds us. Our current lease ends mid-September. We know how rare it is to find something in this rent range, especially on 30A, but here's hoping.
