Wanted 2 BR from Destin to Seagrove

I'm looking for an unfurnished 2 bedroom home or 1st floor condo beginning August 1 (perhaps a little sooner). I'm a single professional male who is reasonably clean, non-smoker, has no pets, & can provide references if needed. Rent around 1,000 would be ideal; or slightly more with all/some utilities.
