Before xmas.
Made the HL trip yesterday. Got some ornament crap, but discovered I really had most of what I needed already. It's coming along. Today, I've got some painting to do. 
I will begin construction today!!! this could take me a while. I am not the most craft coordinated person around but my wife will help. Thank God for that.
Still in the research and ornament contemplation mode. Finally, I found something very useful about Facebook! (find some good details/photos, etc of your secret ornament pal!).
