My ornament was mailed today. Just going up the road a piece so my recipient should have it in a day or two.
I forgot to take pictures before I boxed it up. Dang it! Hopefully, my SoWaller will be able to take pics and post!

OMG!!! I opened it... OMG!!!
OK, first of all, my ornamaker was Teresa, which is awesome because we are soul-sisters and it's clear how much love she put into the whole thing... ornament(s), box, card, nuts, chocolates, bells and sparklies and all!
When I saw the actual ornament, I gasped and then I laughed and cried at the same time... she made an amazing mini reproduction of my Artstrings violin - what a delightful surprise! Bravo Tootsie!
I have no idea how you made it look so good on such a small scale, you must have used tweezers and a magnifying glass!
And, bonus - she included a couple other ornaments, including a beautiful silver snowflake frame with a photo of Daisy, so cute!
If I don't stop now, I will totally OD on smilies and exclamation points, so I am going to just let the photos speak for themselves. Toots, you made my day, I love you!

Got my Christmas goodies from jdarg!Two University of Florida tree ornaments . Perfect! And some orange and blue plates! Photos to come. Thanks, jdarg!
There's a story though. I walked into the house after running errands, and hubby told me that I had a package but the corner of the box had been run over. The UPS delivery person had left it in front of the closed garage door! Really dumb -- for real! Apparently I ran over it when I left the house. Thankfully nothing inside was damaged.
BTW I haven't finished my ornaments yet.
If you haven't gotten yours, be patient.
