I will post something positve for you, my sister purchased, cash sale, a two bedroom, two bath condo in Destin for $50,000. under sale price. She made offers on three other units in this particular complex and her offers were rebuked. The units were all in the $500,000 range. Somebody out there is holding strong and it is apparently working.
The positive news is that she reset the comps for the other 3 units in the condo $50,000 lower...right?
