If they did some improving to this rental it may look great. I saw it back in February and it looked awful. Hate to pop anyone's bubble, but it was the truth. I was excited to see it and it was not pleasant. It also was not furnished at that time so they may have put some work into it . I hope so for the price they want,

I think you are talking about another bungalow - mine was rented through Feb. furnished by the tenants - it's in great shape - just thought you should know you are giving out incorrect information.
