Very easy access to local grocery store and restaurants. Home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a bonus room that could be used as an office or den or small bedroom. Home is 900 sq ft. Home has a private fenced in back yard with deck and a beautiful Magnolia Tree. Outdoor parking can accommodate 3 cars. We are looking for a 1 year lease. Pets are considered on a case by case basis.
