2BR LTR Bayfront, Pool, Sunsets, Bay Grove area

Hey everyone ,

We have a home just across the 331 bridge that will be available for a long term lease beginning on July 1st (or maybe late June if someone needed it a little earlier). It is in the Bay Grove Road area, which is the first left after crossing the 331 bridge coming from the beaches. We had thought about doing vacation rentals, but we had a grayt experience with our last tenant. He stayed for nine months and really took wonderful care of our house. He was paying $2500 per month, which included us providing weekly pool cleaning and lawn care service. Depending on the specifics of the lease, the rent is negotiable. Most importantly, we want a responsible tenant and at least a 9 month lease term.

If anyone is interested, we would be glad to personally show it anytime in June. Also, if someone becomes really interested, we would be glad to give you contact info for our last tenant so you could hear what he thought about the place.

We would also consider small pets, and the home can be rented furnished, partially furnished, or unfurnished. Our last tenant that I mentioned in the first post had rented the home furnished (as shown in pics on the VRBO link).

Not in a position to to an LTR, but if I was, I'd be all over this place. It looks awesome.

Just finished painting the decks and patios! Now available for long term lease. Will provide weekly pool service (costs $150/month), lawn care service (averages about $100/month), and pest control ($25/month) with at least a 9 month lease. Rent is $1975/month. House is furnished as shown in the pictures. Bayfront 2BR/1BA, only 1.5 miles from 331 bridge. Home also has a large storage area downstairs. Private pool with large patio and teak lounge chairs. Main living area of house opens onto an elevated wood deck with rocking chairs, gas grill, and teak dining table. The back of the house and pool face the bay and have western views for great sunsets.
