Wanted 3-4 Bedroom Rental Starting Mid Sept or October

My family is relocating from Atlanta to Santa Rosa Beach. We are looking for a 3-4 bedroom long term rental starting in mid September or October 1st but we are flexible on the lease start date. We are also flexible on the duration ideally 6-12 months but would consider a 3 month rental. We are open to north or south of 98 from Miramar to inlet beach and at least 1800sq ft.
