There is a trail that leads to Butler Elementary and 30a that is maintained. There is also a community pool. The rent is $1450 a month for a year lease. This includes lawn care, pool access, and garbage pick up. Pets are allowed with a pet deposit.

My Wife and I are building a new home in Santa Rosa Ridge that will be finished about Mar 31, but we must vacate our current home on Feb 1. Would you consider a 2 month rental (Feb-Mar)?
