the rentral market is really tough right now rto get into...
We live/rent on 30A but bank has decided to sell all 12 condos so we are looking as well... I have some local friends in the real estate biz and I have called almost all rental agencies, searched all web sites , used all social networking , have driven countless miles and still no luck ,,,
Been told by many in the rental biz, that the shortage is due to many have forclosed on thier own homes, hence they are grabbing rentals all up.
Look at old florida village ( on 30A , but they are all furnished )
